Airport Ground Transportation 

Airport Shuttle is the official ground transportation company providing shared ride van service to and from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. The discounted round trip fare is $35/person and is only available for reservations booked online. Online reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your flight departure time. 

Taxis 

Cab fares to and from the airport are determined by the number of passengers. A cab ride costs $33 from the airport to the Central Business District for one or two persons and $14/passenger for three or more passengers. Pick-up is on the lower level of the airport, outside the baggage claim area. There may be an additional charge for extra baggage. Taxis offer a credit card payment option.

Shuttle Service 

AORN provides shuttle service between most of the AORN official hotels and the New Orleans Convention Center.

The New Orleans Hilton Riverside, Hampton Inn and Suites Convention Center, Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center, Marriott New Orleans at the Convention Center, and the Hyatt Place (formerly Hotel New Orleans Convention Center) are all considered walking hotels and will not have shuttle service. Shuttle service begins Saturday, March 24, and ends Thursday, March 29, 2012.

Driving & Parking  

Driving directions from several different locations to the New Orleans Convention Center can be found at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center website.
