About the Online Education Application Process

Thank you for electing to submit an online application for a continuing nursing education activity to help advance the perioperative profession.

As you move through this process, you’ll be able to save your work as you go. We will need information about:

• the applicant, including contact and biographical information
• the activity, including author/presenter identification and biographical information, session proposal/poster abstract, activity objectives, and content.

Note: You may go back and modify any of the information until you submit the application. Once you have submitted, you will not be able to edit your application.
