Board of Directors

The AORN Board of Directors consists of the officers and seven elected members. It has the power, authority, and responsibility to manage the affairs of the association, except to modify actions of the House of Delegates.   

Meeting Dates 

The Board of Directors meets at least three times per year. The next board meeting is tentatively scheduled for April 11-12, 2012 in Denver, Colorado.
