Holly Ervine, BSN, RN, CNOR - Chair
Holly has worked in the OR for 17 years, seven of those as a surgical tech. In her 10 years as a registered nurse, she has worked as a staff nurse, orthopedic specialty nurse, team leader, and educator and now works at Atlanta Medical Center as the nurse manager. Ervine has been certified in perioperative nursing for seven years. She graduated from Georgia Medical Institute's Surgical Tech program, received her ASN from Floyd College in Rome, Georgia, and received her BSN from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia. Holly has been an active member of Northwest Georgia AORN #1107 since receiving her nursing license in 2001 and is currently on the board of directors. She has served as the vice-president, president-elect, and president. Ervine has served as the chair of the bylaws committee and is currently on the board of directors for the Georgia Council of Perioperative Registered Nurses. She has served on several national committees including the Leadership Specialty Assembly Coordinating Council (Chair 2009-2010). Ervine is the recipient of the 2007 AORN Next Generation Award. She was honored as the Perioperative Nurse of the Year for Northwest Georgia in 2003, 2008 and 2010. Holly is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau.

Lisa Bailey, BS, RN, CNOR
Lisa A. Bailey is a perioperative nurse coordinator at Scott & White Memorial Hospital Main OR, Temple, Texas. She earned her associate degree in nursing from Central Texas College, Killeen, and her bachelor of science degree in health care administration from Bellevue University, Bellevue, Nebraska. She is currently pursuing a bachelor of science degree in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Bailey has been a perioperative nurse for 10 years and a member of AORN for nine years. She is a member of AORN of Central Texas (2003-present), the Texas Council of Operating Room Nurses (2007-present), the Leadership Specialty Assembly (2003-present), the Ambulatory Surgery Center Specialty Assembly (2008-present), and the Clinical Nurse Educator Specialty Assembly (2010-present). She has been a member of the Cardiothoracic Specialty Assembly (2003-2006), and was the Secretary for the Texas Council of Operating Room nurses (2010-2012). Bailey has attended Congress seven times in the past 10 years.

Jay Bowers, BSN, RN, CNOR, TNCC
James (Jay) Bowers is a clinical nurse preceptor/educator at West Virginia University Hospital, Morgantown. He earned his bachelor of science degree in nursing from West Virginia University, Morgantown.
Bowers has been a perioperative nurse for 20 years and a member of AORN for 20 years. He is a member of AORN of North Central West Virginia (2002-present), the West Virginia State Council (2002-present), the Orthopedic Specialty Assembly (2002-present), the Trauma Specialty Assembly (2005-present), the Clinical Nurse Educator Specialty Assembly (2007-present),the General Surgery/Gynecology Specialty Assembly (2009-present), and the Pediatrics Specialty Assembly (2009-present).
He has been a member of the Neurosurgery Specialty Assembly (2004-2007). Bowers has attended Congress 10 times in the past 10 years.

Kelly (Boyle) Kollar, MSN, RN, CNOR
Kelly (Boyle) Kollar is a nurse manager, Perioperative Services, at Cambridge Health Alliance, Cambridge, Massachusetts. She earned her associate degree in nursing from Lehigh Carbon Community College, Schnecksville, Pennsylvania, and her bachelor of science degree in nursing and master of science degree in nursing from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts.
Kollar has been a perioperative nurse for 10 years and a member of AORN for seven years. She is a member AORN of Massachusetts Chapter 1 (2004-present), the Massachusetts State Council (2010-present), the Pediatrics Specialty Assembly (2004-present), the Leadership Specialty Assembly (2010-present), and the Minimally Invasive Surgery/Lasers/Robotics Specialty Assembly (2010-present).
Kollar has attended Congress five times in the past 10 years, three times as a delegate. Kollar is a member of the Sigma Alpha Lambda honor society (2007) and a member of Sigma Theta Tau nursing honor society (2008).

Susan (Sue) Seitz, MSN, RN, CNS, CNOR
Susan (Sue) Seitz is a clinical nurse specialist in the operating room at Greenville Hospital System University Medical Center, Greenville, South Carolina. She earned her diploma in nursing from Abington School of Nursing, Abington, Pennsylvania, and her bachelor of science degree in nursing and master of science degree in nursing from Gwynedd Mercy College, Gwynedd, Pennsylvania. Seitz has been a perioperative nurse for 35 years and a member of AORN for 21 years. She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau. Seitz has been active in her local chapter and is currently serving on the board of directors and has held the offices of president, president elect, and coordinated education and chaired the education committee. At the state level, she has held the office of secretary and is currently chair. Seitz is a member of the Clinical Nurse Educator Specialty Assembly and the Advanced Practice Nursing Specialty Assembly. Seitz has been a leader in her hospital system chairing the nursing research council, facilitating the Shared Governance Unit Council for the OR, chairing the OR CABG infection prevention collaborative, and is a member of the Human Simulation Advisory Committee. She received the Palmetto Gold award from the state of South Carolina and a Helping Hands award from the Greenville Hospital System University Medical Center Infection Control Department.

Anne Marie Herlehy, DNP, RN, CNOR - Advisor
Anne Marie Herlehy completed her undergraduate nursing studies at Rush University in 1993. She obtained a master's of science in nursing administration from DePaul University in 1997. She completed her doctorate of nursing practice at Rush University.
Herlehy's involvement in AORN began early in her nursing career as she served in her local chapter as board member, president-elect, vice president, and president. At the national level, Herlehy has been the chair of the National Research Committee, nurse educator/clinical nurse specialist, specialty asembly, and Illinois state council in addition to serving as a resource person in multiple capacities.
Herlehy's career has been in perioperative administration and education. She is currently an administrative director for perioperative and cardiovascular services at Alexian Brothers Medical Center and a faculty member at Rush University Medical Center, in Chicago.
Herlehy was the 2011-2012 AORN President.
